We encourage customers to contact us directly with any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks incur non-recoverable processing fees and administrative costs. If a chargeback is filed for an order that qualifies for a return under our policy, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund once the dispute is initiated.
