Returns and Refund Policy

                            Notice of Returns & Refund Policy To Buyers Effective 12/18/2025


We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted on eligible merchandise that is:

  • Unworn
  • Unstained
  • Unsnagged
  • In original selling condition

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return Window

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • International orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:
sales@juniperslounge.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return (e.g. wrong fit, damaged, incorrect item)

We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Items returned that do not meet our return conditions may be sent back or declined for refund.
